Description: This unique gathering of white women in STEM serves as a prelude to “Building Bridges: The Power of the Sisterhood” to be held at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine on Monday, June 10, 2019, as part of the Changing the Face of STEM. How can white women harness their individual skills, experiences, strengths, and gifts toward individual exceptionalism, into a collective effort with Black and brown women that connects and empowers the STEM profession as a whole and helps us become advocates for each other?
